7. SHIPPING, DUTIES, AND TAXES

7.1 Shipping generally

We ship to the countries enabled in our Shopify shipping settings, which currently include Canada, the United States, and selected other countries (see the checkout shipping options for your address). Shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7.2 United States shipments

All United States skid plate shipments are sent by DHL air and typically arrive anywhere in the USA in approximately two days after shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shopify shipping email with a tracking number.

7.3 Canada and other international destinations

Orders within Canada are shipped through Freightcom. UTV Armory selects a carrier from Freightcom's network of providers, which may include Canada Post or other carriers available through Freightcom. Orders to destinations outside Canada and the United States are shipped by DHL. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Transit times for Canadian and other international shipments vary by carrier and destination and are estimates only, not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available.

7.4 Duties, taxes, and customs

For cross-border shipments, import duties and related customs charges are handled as follows, depending on the carrier used for your order:

Canada Post or USPS. UTV Armory typically prepays the duties on orders shipped by Canada Post or USPS. If any additional duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other customs-related charges arise on a Canada Post or USPS shipment beyond what UTV Armory prepaid, you are responsible for those amounts. UTV Armory is not responsible for those additional charges.

DHL. For all skid plates shipped by DHL, duties are billed to UTV Armory's DHL account. You do not pay the duties on those DHL shipments.

Sales taxes or similar charges that apply under law and that are shown at checkout remain as displayed at checkout.

If a Canada Post or USPS shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because of unpaid additional charges for which you are responsible under this section, or because of an incorrect address or other customs issues, you may be responsible for return shipping and any restocking or handling costs, to the extent permitted by law and as described in our Refund Policy. This paragraph does not shift to you any DHL duties that are billed to UTV Armory's account.
